Grading Policy

Enamel pins are mostly hand made and with the complexity of our designs, it's only natural that some type of inconsistency will pop up in our products. No product will be without some type of imperfection as colors and effects are added uniquely to each pin by hand. If you have received our product and are unhappy with the appearance and you believe it's too far from the previewed pin, please reach out to us via email to find a resolution.
   We will have an acceptable amount of error in a pin, given the nature of production. However if we deem it flawed beyond whats acceptable, we'll do our best to offer a replacement of proper quality and if there is none, a partial refund or full return is of course an option. It will be handled on a case by case basis, but ultimately we want you to be a happy customer, so we'll do what we can for that to be the destination!

- Grading

Standard Grade - Will not contain major defects, but upon close up inspection in specific lighting and angling, you might find minor imperfections. Superficial lines and marks as can happen under production are hereunder.

B Grade - Will contain medium grade flaws such as light bubbling, pin pricks or under filled enamel, and other noticeably flaws that within reason is acceptable. Products sold as a B grade are non-refundable.

C Grade - Contains major defects in a compilation of all of the above but in a more severe degree. Products sold as a C grade are non-refundable.

All Pre-Orders will be secured a Standard grade product.
