Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, reach out to us at sanctumofpins@gmail.com for a resolution. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received your package. All returns must be in new and unused condition. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at sanctumofpins@gmail.com. After receiving acceptance for a return, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided to you by email. 

You will be emailed a prepaid shipping label for you to print and put on your package for the return. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

PLEASE NOTE

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. That means products advertised as B and C grade.
